How long does integration take?
Account activation is instant on registration and you receive your API token right away. After subscribing and payment approval you can start sending codes immediately. The documentation includes ready-made examples in several languages.
Is there a free test environment?
Yes. After creating your account you can request sandbox access and get 3 real test messages free of charge, with no commitment.
Can I upgrade or change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time from the dashboard. Your remaining balance is carried over to the new plan.
Do you support Arabic messages?
Yes, Unicode encoding is fully supported for Arabic messages. You can create an Arabic and an English template and choose the language with each send request.
What happens if a message fails? Is it deducted from my balance?
No. A message is only deducted when it is sent successfully. Failed messages are not counted against your balance or your monthly quota.
How do payment and activation work?
You can pay online via Stripe or upload a manual payment proof from the dashboard. Manual payments are reviewed during business hours (usually under 4 hours) and the plan is activated on approval with an email confirmation.
Is delivery quality guaranteed?
We provide detailed delivery reports for every message. If a technical issue occurs on our side, the support team works with you directly to resolve it and compensate as agreed.
Which currency are the prices in?
All prices are in the new Syrian pound (SYP). You can pay online via Stripe or by local transfer with a payment proof uploaded from the dashboard.
Can I create my own message templates?
Custom templates are available from the Growth plan (up to 10 templates) and unlimited on the Business plan. Starter and Pay As You Go use the ready-made templates only. New templates are reviewed before approval.
Can messages be sent under my company name as the sender?
Yes. A custom sender name is included in the Business plan and is enabled after coordination with the operator. On another plan and need a custom sender name? Contact our sales team.
